Terms of Service

1. The service
OkraGym provides a multi-resource booking platform. By creating an account, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and any venue you represent.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use OkraGym to send unsolicited bulk messages, attempt to disrupt the service, or violate applicable laws. Don’t process data you’re not entitled to collect.
4. Payments
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Annual plans are non-refundable but cancellable at the renewal date. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate for any reason. Upon termination we’ll retain your data for 30 days for export, then delete it.
6. Warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is.” Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. Some jurisdictions don’t allow such limits; in those cases, the broadest enforceable limit applies.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Disputes are resolved in San Francisco County.
