OkraGym (“we”, “us”) operates the booking platform at okragym.site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

• Account data: name, email, role, and the business you’re affiliated with.
• Booking data: times, resources, customers — what your business needs to operate.
• Payment metadata: we use Stripe; cards never touch our servers.
• Operational logs: IP addresses, device, and request metadata for security and debugging.

Why we collect it

To run the booking platform, communicate with you about it, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Where it lives

Customer data is stored separately for each business. Each business’s data is in its own logical database.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing privacy@okragym.site. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Changes to this policy

If we materially update this policy we’ll notify customers at least 30 days in advance.
