Who we are

OkraGym (“we”, “us”) operates the booking platform at okragym.site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, and the venue you’re affiliated with.
• Booking data: times, resources, customers — what your venue needs to operate.
• Payment metadata: we use Stripe; cards never touch our servers.
• Operational logs: IP addresses, device, and request metadata for security and debugging.

Why we collect it

To run the booking platform, communicate with you about it, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Where it lives

Customer data is stored per-tenant. Each venue’s data is in its own logical database. Backups are encrypted at rest. Data may be processed in regions disclosed in your contract.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing privacy@okragym.site. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session management and analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Changes to this policy

If we materially update this policy we’ll notify customers at least 30 days in advance.
