Inventory
What this page is for
Inventory is the list of products the gym sells: drinks, towels, clothes, supplements and so on. Here you add products, set prices, and keep the stock count right. Products are sold at the POS till and in the client store. Each sale takes the stock down by itself. What you see
- The heading with how many products there are.
- Four boxes: Total Products, Active, Inactive and Low Stock. They count the whole gym, whatever you search.
- Export — Excel, CSV, PDF or Print of every product that matches your search and filters, with cost price and margin.
- Add Product — only if your role may create inventory.
- Search products… and Filters: status, and the Low Stock button. Clear all filters resets them.
- The table — product, SKU, price, stock and status. A warning sign marks low stock. Inactive products are set apart.
- The row buttons — +/– (change stock), the history button, Edit and Delete. +/–, Edit and Delete show only if your role allows them.

Good to know
- After a product is created, its stock changes only through +/–, sales and refunds. Opening Stock is locked when editing.
- Inactive products cannot be sold at the till or in the client store.
- You cannot remove more than you have.
- When a sale takes a product to its low-stock level, staff who may see Inventory get a bell notice. The Dashboard also shows a Low stock card.
- A refund can put the items back in stock, if that box is ticked on the refund.
- Cost Price is for your own records. The export shows the margin.
- Deleting a product frees its SKU for a new product.
- Two products may share a name. The form asks first.
